Forgot Login Details

If you forgot your login credentials for your HOFA-Plugins website account, you can follow the steps in this article.

Forgotten Email-Address

If you forgot your email-address, you can contact us via email at plugins@hofa.de or phone to give you your account’s credentials or to change them.

Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your account’s password, you can navigate to the HOFA-Plugins website and click on "My Account" in the top right.

Then click “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the login-page on the HOFA-Plugins website. You can then enter your email-address, to which a new password for your account will be sent. You can then change that password in your account, as shown here.
