Using Vouchers
After adding the products of your choice to the shopping cart, you can open it. This will open a new page that gives you an overview of the selected products. You can then click on "Redeem Voucher" and enter the coupon code in the “Coupon code” field. After that, click on "Apply coupon", which will add the voucher to your order.
Under certain circumstances, it may happen that the coupon code you entered is not being accepted. When entering the code, make sure you use the correct notation (hyphens, numbers, upper and lower case) and formatting.
Also, make sure that you have specified the correct currency when ordering. Coupons can only be redeemed in the currency they were created in. You can change the currency in the top right corner of the page.
Some coupon codes are only valid for a limited period of time. If the code has expired, it can no longer be redeemed.
