It is important that the player is always opened directly from the “Player” subfolder inside the DDP image. The file “HOFA_DDP_PLAYER_INFO” also needs to be present there.

Note about using the DDP Player on macOS
Apple’s macOS has some restrictions for apps that were downloaded from the internet inside a zip file. Because of that, older versions of HOFA DDP Player may not be able to open the corresponding DDP images automatically.
If problems with these older versions occur, please make sure that your player was created using the latest version of HOFA DDP Player Maker.
In some cases, the DDP Player shows an instruction to open the DDP image manually. This can either be done by dropping the DDP image onto the DDP Player window or by opening it from the DDP Player’s File menu.
